Enjoy beautiful views of the nature preserve from the deck, where you can hear birds by day and frogs at night. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it’s perfect for kids riding bikes and playing in the circle in front of the house. Access favorite Cape Cod attractions nearby, including the Brewster Store, Cape Cod Rail Trail, and the Whitecaps summer league baseball.

The house has three bedrooms (king, full, and two twin beds) and two bathrooms. A full size eat-in kitchen walks out to a large deck with comfortable seating overlooking the nature preserve. The kitchen has a new stovetop/oven and is stocked with pots, pans, dishes and a Keurig coffee machine. Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable family room where the TV has Netflix, YouTube TV, and local stations. WiFi is included. Each room has USB ports for charging your devices and phones. The basement has a new washing machine and dryer.
